Lorraine has been fabulous. She takes time to have a chat about my condition and answers any queries I have. She always follows up on questions or treatment if she isn't sure of the answer and gets back to me. If I have any concerns she is always contactable and gets back to me usually the very same day. Very supportive. Thankyou Lorraine.

Absolutely first class nurse. Extremely efficient and takes the time to explain every aspect of treatment. A good listener to any concerns you may have. Highly recommended.

Once again Lorraine has been of fantastic help to me,questions asked and answered with speed, care and understanding. Dont know how she has the time to look after us all and our hopes and fears, but she does and i ,for one,am truly grateful. What an absolute asset to the Morecambe Bay NHS Trust Paul Harley
